What you need to do is simple: First, measure the distance between your toilet and the hot water source (usually under the sink). Then, purchase a flexible hose with the appropriate length. The flexible hose, which can be found in most hardware stores including Home Depot, should be 3/8 OD x 1/2 FIB.

All products come with a 30 day money back guarantee. After that all products have individual warranties as specified. Defective products will be exchanged for new products, while products will be repaired or replaced on warranty.
You must return the product to us undamaged, in good condition, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return the bidet in a protective cardboard box or other similar shipping carton like the one we used to ship it to you originally. Returned, damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees of from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product may be refused.

Are shipping charges refundable?
Shipping charges are not refundable for products that are returned with the 30 day warranty period.
Defective returns are eligible for return only within 30 days from the date of sale. After 30 days, the customer must return the product to the manufacturer's authorized warranty for warranty repair.
No returns, for any reason, will be accepted after 30 days from the original ship date.
A copy of your receipt must be included with all defective returns. All items must be returned complete and with all original parts/accessories/documentation; incomplete returns will not be accepted.

An order that has already been processed cannot be cancelled over the weekend as our order fulfillment department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. If your credit card has been charged but your order has not entered the shipping process, your order may be cancelled and credited, less a 3.5% credit card transaction fee.
